Repontage (“the Company”) paid subscription services (Starter, Pro, Advanced) are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. The following refund policy applies to all subscription purchases, subject to Paddle's buyer terms and mandatory consumer law. The voluntary refund conditions below do not limit statutory rights.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment and can be used at any time. Usage is limited to the monthly credit allowance described on our Pricing page.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are discounted relative to the monthly rate. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Opening a workspace starts project analysis only, or reuses a valid cached public analysis for the same URL without an additional analysis credit charge. Other AI outputs are generated on demand when you choose a run. Fresh analysis, generation, regeneration and assistant replies consume credits based on the output and selected model. A full-kit estimate is an optional budgeting scenario, not a compulsory charge for opening a workspace; estimates are not guaranteed charges or marketing results.
Failed generation does not consume credits. If you believe a failed run was charged incorrectly, contact support with the project and run details so we can investigate the credit record. This credit-use rule does not create a separate cash-refund promise or change the voluntary refund conditions below. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund and defective-service rights remain available.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Repontage dashboard (Billing card), through your Paddle account, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features and any unused credits until the period ends. No partial-month refunds are provided under our voluntary policy, except where Paddle's terms or applicable law require otherwise.
You may also pause your subscription from the dashboard instead of canceling. Pausing stops future billing at the end of the current period while keeping your subscription record intact; you can resume at any time, at which point billing restarts immediately.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Within 48 hours of initial purchase: Full refund available if fewer than 80,000 credits have been consumed.
- After 48 hours or significant usage: Voluntary refunds are generally not available. This does not remove any statutory withdrawal or defective-service rights.
- Service unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: Contact us immediately for a full refund of any duplicate or erroneous charges.
5. How to Request a Refund
Statutory consumer rights: EU/EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. A digital-content exception applies only when its legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of loss of the withdrawal right, and required confirmation. Signing up, accepting these Terms or using credits is not by itself that waiver. For service contracts, different rules and lawful proportional charges may apply. Korean consumers generally have a 7-day withdrawal period under the Electronic Commerce Act; lawful digital-content exceptions do not remove rights for unsupplied divisible content or a service that differs from its description. Mandatory guarantees and remedies, including those under Australian Consumer Law, remain available regardless of the 48-hour or credit threshold.
To request a refund, email support@repontage.com with your account email and subscription details, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We aim to process voluntary requests within 7 business days; statutory deadlines take precedence (normally 14 days for EU/UK withdrawal and 3 business days for applicable Korean digital-service withdrawal). Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle; bank posting time may vary.
6. Chargebacks
You may exercise legitimate payment-dispute rights without first contacting us. We encourage you to contact us or Paddle to resolve billing mistakes. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be investigated under applicable law; this does not restrict good-faith consumer remedies.
7. Plan Changes
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
