By accessing or using Repontage (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Repontage is an AI-assisted Campaign Studio. Submitting a project URL starts project analysis only, or reuses a valid public analysis for the same URL. You then choose individual generation runs for landing copy, SEO, social posts, directory lists, email drafts, performance reports or a live page. An optional business brief supplies your own product, audience and goal information; it is not a promise of a custom growth plan. Service usage is measured in AI credits as described on our Pricing page.

Public instant analysis uses DeepSeek V4 Flash without an account or credit charge. Analyses of public URLs may be cached and reused for up to 30 days, including by other visitors requesting the same URL. Uncached public analyses are limited to three per hour per IP address; cached replays do not use that limit. Workspace analysis can reuse a server-validated cache without charge. A cached Flash analysis does not become a new analysis on your chosen premium model. Fresh analysis, generation and chat use DeepSeek, OpenAI or Anthropic according to the model actually selected. Available models depend on provider configuration.

Newly generated hosted landing pages are private drafts. Review the owner-only preview, then choose Publish page to make an approved snapshot publicly accessible at repontage.com/site/{id}. Published pages may be indexed by search engines. Generating or editing a new draft does not change the approved public snapshot until you choose Update published page. Unpublish page removes that public snapshot without deleting your project or draft. Earlier automatically generated projects retain their existing public behavior unless you explicitly change their publication state.

For projects that have captured waitlist leads (via the live landing page or your public share report page), you may send those leads newsletter broadcasts and launch announcements directly through the Service, or turn on a pre-built automated email flow (a welcome series, a re-engagement nudge, or a launch countdown) that sends on a schedule without further action from you. You may also schedule social posts and newsletter broadcasts in advance. A background delivery tick processes items at or after the selected time; exact-time delivery is not guaranteed and requires configured providers. Submitting a URL, generating a draft or receiving assistant advice does not itself post social content, send campaign emails or activate a flow. Those operations require your explicit action and a working provider. Scheduled posts use the same connected accounts as a manual post. Every broadcast and flow email automatically includes a working unsubscribe link, and opted-out leads are skipped from future sends. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit URLs containing malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive marketing materials.
• Send cold email outreach, newsletter broadcasts, or automated email flow sends to any recipient without a lawful basis to contact them, or in violation of applicable anti-spam and email marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR direct marketing rules). You, the project owner, are solely responsible for legal compliance of the content and recipients of any email the Service sends on your behalf, whether sent manually or by an automated flow; Repontage provides the sending infrastructure and a built-in unsubscribe mechanism but does not vet your recipient lists.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a standalone product.

To the extent permitted by law and our providers' terms, you may use and edit the marketing content generated for you. AI outputs may not be copyrightable, unique or free of third-party rights. Repontage retains rights in its own platform technology; third-party models, fonts, assets and code remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. You grant Repontage a limited license to process your submitted URLs and data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Copyright and license notices for the service's reused UI and fonts are available in our Third-party notices.

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication or distribution. Repontage makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Advanced) are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Our Refund Policy and Paddle's buyer terms apply, without limiting mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund or defective-service rights.

Credits are consumed by fresh analysis, the individual generation or regeneration runs you start, and assistant replies, at the selected model's rate. Valid cached analysis reuse, viewing and copying existing outputs do not consume credits. Failed generation does not consume credits. A full-kit estimate is an optional budgeting scenario, not a compulsory charge for opening a workspace. Estimates depend on typical output length and are not a guaranteed charge or a guarantee of marketing results. Contact support if you believe a failed run was charged incorrectly; our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

You may pause, cancel, or resume your subscription at any time from your dashboard, as described in our Refund Policy. Cancellation and pausing take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allowances, and plan features with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Referral bonus credits: we may offer bonus credits when a new user signs up through your share link and submits their first project. Bonus credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, do not expire on their own but are forfeited if your account is closed, and are awarded once per referred user. We may withhold or reverse bonus credits obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program, and may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repontageshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These exclusions apply only where lawful. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot legally be limited, or Australian Consumer Law guarantees and remedies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data at any time from Account settings, or before termination where technically feasible.

Account deletion: you may permanently delete your own account and all associated data at any time from Account settings. Deletion is irreversible and is refused while a subscription is still live at Paddle; cancel it first from the billing card. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of data erased.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence. You may contact us to seek an amicable resolution; this does not prevent access to competent courts or statutory complaint mechanisms. Arbitration requires a separate valid agreement and is not required by these Terms.
