By accessing or using Repontage (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Repontage is an AI-powered marketing automation platform. Users submit a project URL, and the Service automatically generates marketing content including SEO optimization, landing page copy, social media posts, directory listings, cold email sequences, analytics setup guides, and newsletter drafts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit URLs containing malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive marketing materials.

The marketing content generated by the Service is owned by you. Repontage retains ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. You grant Repontage a limited license to process your submitted URLs and data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication or distribution. Repontage makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repontageshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
