Terms of Service

By accessing or using Repontage (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Repontage is an AI-powered marketing automation platform. Users submit a project URL, and the Service automatically generates marketing content including SEO optimization, landing page copy, social media posts, directory listings, cold email sequences, analytics setup guides, and newsletter drafts. Service usage is measured in AI credits, as described on our Pricing page.

The Service may also publish a live, publicly accessible landing page for your project at a Repontage subdomain path (repontage.com/site/{id}), generated from the AI marketing copy and your submitted project URL. This page is public and may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for reviewing its content before relying on it, and you may take it down at any time by deleting the project from your dashboard.

For projects that have captured waitlist leads (via the live landing page or your public share report page), you may send those leads newsletter broadcasts and launch announcements directly through the Service. Every broadcast automatically includes a working unsubscribe link, and opted-out leads are skipped from future sends. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit URLs containing malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive marketing materials.
• Send cold email outreach or newsletter broadcasts to any recipient without a lawful basis to contact them, or in violation of applicable anti-spam and email marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR direct marketing rules). You, the project owner, are solely responsible for legal compliance of the content and recipients of any email you send through the Service; Repontage provides the sending infrastructure and a built-in unsubscribe mechanism but does not vet your recipient lists.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a standalone product.

The marketing content generated by the Service is owned by you. Repontage retains ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. You grant Repontage a limited license to process your submitted URLs and data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication or distribution. Repontage makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Advanced) are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You may pause, cancel, or resume your subscription at any time from your dashboard, as described in our Refund Policy. Cancellation and pausing take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allowances, and plan features with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Referral bonus credits: we may offer bonus credits when a new user signs up through your share link and submits their first project. Bonus credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, do not expire on their own but are forfeited if your account is closed, and are awarded once per referred user. We may withhold or reverse bonus credits obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse of the program, and may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repontageshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination where technically feasible.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, followed by arbitration in Seoul, Korea if necessary.
